Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu

Arrive in Kathmandu and transfer to your hotel. Trip briefing and final trek preparation in the evening.

Early morning flight to Lukla (2,840 m). Begin the trek with a gentle walk to Phakding (2,610 m).

Cross suspension bridges and enter Sagarmatha National Park. Steep ascent to Namche Bazaar (3,440 m).

Short hikes to Everest View Hotel or nearby viewpoints. Explore Namche and adjust to the altitude.

Walk through rhododendron forests with views of Everest and Ama Dablam. Visit Tengboche Monastery (3,860 m).

Descend to Imja Khola and climb gradually to Dingboche (4,410 m), surrounded by wide alpine landscapes.

Rest day with a short hike to nearby ridges for acclimatization and mountain views.

Trek past memorials dedicated to climbers. Gradual ascent to Lobuche (4,940 m).

Walk to Gorak Shep (5,170 m), then continue to Everest Base Camp (5,364 m). Return to Gorak Shep overnight.

Early morning hike to Kala Patthar (5,545 m) for sunrise views. Descend to Pheriche (4,280 m).

Descend through familiar trails, enjoying easier walking and warmer air.

Final trekking day back to Lukla. Farewell dinner with trekking crew.

Morning flight to Kathmandu. Transfer to hotel and free time.

Transfer to the airport for final departure.
